Kate Williams machte sich als Autorin der Jugendbuchtrilogie «The Babysitters Coven» einen Namen und schreibt für verschiedene Zeitschriften wie z. B. «Cosmopolitan» oder «Elle». Sie lebt mit ihrer Familie in Kansas.  Bettina Münch, Übersetzerin, Lektorin und Autorin, wurde 1962 geboren. Sie studierte Germanistik, Anglistik und Pädagogik in Marburg/Lahn.
